Returns

You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
• The item must be in the original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
• Products without original packaging
• Items purchased on clearance or special sale (if applicable)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• We will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
• The amount will be credited to your original payment method

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges (unless the product is defective or incorrect)
• Shipping charges are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof.
